PMD has played a pivotal role in the success of the George Integrated Public Transport Network (GIPTN) and other transport initiatives in Cape Town, such as MyCiTi and The Provincial Sustainable Transport Programme (PSTP), which includes NMT projects and the Red and Blue Dot Pilot. Our contributions to process-driven project and programme management initiatives include the City of Cape Town Contract Management Improvement Programme, Contract Register Design, Improvement Data and Analysis, and the Water and Sanitation to Informal Settlements Programme.
