To project manage the implementation of the Red Dot Taxi Programme which facilitated the transportation of Hospital Nursing Staff (Red Dot Lite) during the Covid-19 Quarantine hours, and members of the public requiring Quarantine and Isolation (Red Dot) using contracted Mini Bus Taxi Industry vehicles and drivers throughout the Western Cape Province. This in support of the Department of Health during a time of crises.
